Stairs were added to a pop out on the deck. An outline was laid out in front of the deck. Cement posts were placed in the ground and a cement pad to help secure the stairs. Boards were measured and cut to the outline laid out. The boards were painted to match the deck. Trex boards were used for the steps and support boards put in place to stabilize.
