Sandblasting is a technique to remove old stain off logs, so then new stain can be applied. This house was blasted with glass beads, that were reused throughout the whole process than deposed of. After the house is sandblasted the logs are hand sanded. After cleaning off the sawdust the house is stained twice with the color of the owners choosing.
